The 2nd Ilocos Norte Youth Convention has been a virtual gathering of all young leaders to know more about the situation of different sectors in the province this COVID-19 Pandemic. This aimed to educate the youth on the latest happenings about education, commerce, culture, public service, social media, mental health and many more!
